Coaching a youth sports team is a rewarding way to inspire and support local youth. Each season, we look for coaches to lead teams in field hockey, flag football, soccer, and volleyball.
Seasonal Opportunities:
- Fall: Field Hockey, Middle School Volleyball, Monocacy Youth Soccer, NFL Flag Football
- Winter: Indoor Monocacy Youth Soccer League
- Spring: Middle School Volleyball, Monocacy Youth Soccer, NFL Flag Football

Support our Adaptive Recreation programs for people with disabilities, developmental differences, and higher support needs. These programs include sports, fitness, special interests, and social groups.
We rely on dedicated volunteers to help provide safe, high-quality programs. Volunteering is a rewarding way to make new friends and connect with the local community. Volunteers assist with activities, help participants learn new skills, and—most importantly—have fun! Enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Opportunities are available during the day, evenings, and weekends.
