Whether you're joining as a group of friends, a company team, or as a free agent looking to connect with others, we'll find the right fit for you. Each league has its own season schedule, registration deadlines, and locations, ensuring that you can participate at a time and place that works for you. Our referees and scorekeepers ensure fair and accurate games, allowing you to focus on playing your best and enjoying the experience.

Men’s & Women’s Basketball Leagues

Our basketball leagues offer an exciting opportunity for players of all skill levels to hit the court, showcase their talents, and enjoy the thrill of the game in a supportive and competitive environment. We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros.

Co-ed & Men's Flag Football League

Dive into the action with our flag football leagues. Fast paced and exhilarating, flag football is a great way to stay active and test your skills on the gridiron. Our co-ed flag football play is 5 vs 5 with a minimum of 2 females required on field at all times and our men's flag football is an 8 vs 8 league. We follow NFL FLAG rules modified for adults; everyone is eligible to receive passes.

Men's Lacrosse League

Hit the field and showcase your lacrosse skills in a fun and laid-back atmosphere. Our Men's Lacrosse Pick-Up League is open to players of all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the game to experienced players seeking a casual yet competitive environment. Bodychecking is NOT allowed in this league.

Co-ed, Men’s & Women’s Soccer Leagues

Get ready to don your cleats and take the field by storm. Our soccer leagues offer an excellent chance to display your footwork, teamwork, and competitive drive. We offer co-ed, men's and women's 7v7 leagues and a 11v11 men's league, creating an exciting and dynamic playing environment for all participants.

Co-ed Indoor & Beach Volleyball Leagues

Experience the fast-paced action and strategic plays of indoor and beach volleyball in our co-ed leagues. We offer a 4 vs 4 co-ed adult beach volleyball league and a 6 vs 6 indoor volleyball league. Whether you're a seasoned setter, a powerful hitter, or a defensive specialist, our leagues provide the perfect platform to showcase your skills and compete in a fun and supportive environment.
