Field Maintenance and Additions Special Requests

Welcome to our updated path for requesting field maintenance and additions.  

Whether you are seeking to line a soccer field, drag a ball field, request synthetic field lining, or add a portable goal or hitting net, this is your starting point.

Before getting started, make sure you have the following on hand:

• Your permit in hand with your permit number
• a PDF of the MSDS sheets for any lining material or drying agent that you wish to request permission to use ready to upload.
• Make, Model, & Color of any machine used for dragging.  Please note that machines with mower decks are not permitted.
• Names of any coaches or volunteers who have already completed the field maintenance video training.

Your request will be evaluated for all submitted information, permitting, and suitability.  Your request is not approved until you have received an approval confirmation email from the field scheduling office.

We have added options that meet the most requested needs for practices and games.  If you do not find the option you are looking for, you may need to request it by traditional field maintenance special request methods, or it may be an option that is not permitted.
