Bang Power Dance is a dance fitness fusion format that blends cardio activity and HIIT intervals to increase the workout. It includes some boxing, Hip Hop, along with Latin and American dance rhythms. BANG truly offers something for everyone. (Half pound weighted gloves optional).

"Hi my name is Samantha and have been teaching Bang Power Dance since the past Fall. Three years ago, I started out as a Bang Participant. Client Service Manager at a Financial Advisor’s Office is my Full-Time job. Teaching is enjoyable to me for many reasons! It is a great feeling to look out at the class and see they are having fun! Watching participants progress each week, and knowing you are making a difference in people’s lives is satisfying. When not at the gym, I like to hang out with my friends and cat, Buttercup."
