Facility Reservations can be made one year in advance of the desired reservation date.
WiFi is available inside the Community Building
No more than 140 persons permitted in the Ballenger Creek Community Building, by Order of the County Fire Marshal.
Please Note: If you will be having 100 or more persons in the building during your reservation, you must have a Certified Crowd Manager on site during your reservation. Please complete the Certified Crowd Manager training online at one of the following links: Maryland State Fire Marshal ($19.95 fee), or North Carolina State Fire Marshal (Free). A copy of your Crowd Manager Certificate must be submitted along with your signed Rental Application and Rental Agreement to complete your reservation.

The Ballenger Creek Community Building is unavailable for public rental, Monday-Friday, during the summer months due to our full-day summer camps. The approximate dates for closure are mid-June through Labor Day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Only the applicant making the Community Building reservation can purchase an alcohol permit. Applicant must appear in person and show proof of age (21 or older) by providing a valid driver’s license or identification card. Alcohol Permit Details
